Wake Up Yoga is hosting a benefit class for the South Philly Food Co-op, just in time for your healthy New Year's resolutions!
Connect with your breath and your body in this all-levels class led by Wake Up yogi and Co-op super volunteer Jen Hombach.
Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced practitioner, or something in-between, this thoughtfully sequenced practice will offer variations and employ the use of props to make every asana accessible, yet invigorating, for every body. Expect to breathe with intention into the tightness held in your hips and the back of your heart, and be encouraged to seek expansion through your ability to let go.
Come flow with fellow Co-op supporters, building strength + flexibility while softening the edges of your demanding day-to-days. By taking this time for yourself, this practice will leave you feeling grounded and ready to take on the week, and maybe even the whole year!
Jen graduated from Wake Up Yoga with her foundational 200-hour certificate in April 2017 and traveled to India in Summer 2018 to obtain her 300-hour advanced certification.
Registration is just $12 online; the price will go up to $15 in-person on the day of the class!
