This April, the South Philly Food Co-op is hosting three fabulous events with Co-op members and neighbors to give you valuable food knowledge and a full belly! Join us for one session or all three!
Vegan Cooking Class
Miss Rachel of West Passyunk's Miss Rachel's Pantry will demonstrate three exquisite and tasty vegan recipes for a small group. Learn new cooking techniques, how to get creative with vegan grocery choices, and taste the results together.
Miss Rachel's Pantry began with Rachel Klein and an itty bitty kitchen in 2007, to fill a need for homestyle vegan eats. Since then, they've grown to include a full service catering company; four-course communal dinners at our Farmhouse Table, a meal delivery service and cooking classes! Their kitchen staff is headed by Chef Rachel Klein, Executive Pastry and Sous Chef Carley Leibowitz and Assistant Chef Chris Graves. They're still in an itty bitty kitchen, but they're making big things happen!
Tickets are $10 for members an $15 for "not-yet" members.
